About The Founder
Chris Babayans has had a lifelong passion for computers starting in elemetnary school and carrying into college as his major field of study.
While in college he ran a business converting tapes to DVD & USB. After graduating, he tried day trading for a few months, sold koozies on Amazon, and took a position as an auditor. He finally got a break into technology when moving to Phoenix Arizona in December 2018 where he was placed in a full stack development training followed by a big data training for placement on corporate contracts. These experiences gave him the knowledge to bring us an insider trading activity monitor
After almost 8 years in corporate data engineering positions, and a previous startup (BuildersBulletinBoard.com), he's excited to release something where users can profit off of their subscription.

Data Source And Methodology
The product monitors public SEC Form 4 filing data and formats reported insider transactions into alert summaries. Alerts are designed to make important fields easier to review, including ticker, issuer, insider, reported role, transaction type, shares, price, value, and filing link.
Every alert keeps a direct SEC filing link available so users can verify transaction codes, footnotes, amendments, ownership changes, and filing context from the original source.
